Focus sur la vie de Leroy Nicholas " Nicky " Barnes. Né en 1933, il était un baron du crime dans les années 1970. Avec d'autres hommes afro-américains, il dirigeait une organisation qui contrôlait le trafic d'héroïne à Harlem, " The Council ". Echappant à de nombreuses arrestations, il a hérité du surnom de " Mr. Intouchable ". Il est décédé en 2012 mais sa mort a été divulguée seulement en juin 2019.
